Our Mission

To bring hope to many lives by helping the parents to move forward and seek a higher level in life.

The program was started by Lynda Branch, the former director of AAA Crisis Pregnancy Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina.  She started the Earn While You Learn Program on January 6, 2005.  Mothers, Fathers and Grandparents were able to graduate from the program. The program has enabled parents to finish school, find jobs, receive education in parenting, spiritual growth, and to fulfill their goals and dreams and reach their destiny. The program has been expanded to Lynda's church, Fayetteville Assembly of God.  Call (910) 483-2382 to sign up.

There is a better tomorrow.  Feel it today.  We are paving the way for others by transforming their lives and helping them reach their destiny!

Mr. Jerome Scott

Dear Mr. Scott,

My name is Lesley S. McIntyre, I was enrolled in the “Earn While You Learn” program at Fayetteville Assembly of God Church.

The financial planning class that you gave to the parents in May 2006 was awesome!  It made me begin to think about a budget and how to start saving and investing my money.

Right now, I have started a savings account with five dollars a month.  With four children, this is a great start–compared to me saving nothing before.  I am very happy for the wealth of information that you shared with me and the other parents.

I thank you for being a part of the “Earn While You Learn” program for pregnant moms and dads.  Knowledge is powerful, thank you for

sharing.

Thank you,

 Lesley S. McIntyre

Sara Listening To God˘s Voice

Hi, My name is Sara Green, I was two months pregnant when I moved from Missouri to West Virginia this year to live with my parents. Every step I took seemed as if I was placed two steps back. The emotional stress was so unreal that each day was a struggle just to get out of bed. Helping my parents with things that they couldn’t do helped me to keep my mind off the pain of being separated from my husband. God has always been in my life, beginning at the age of eight years old.

In my heart I knew that God will never leave me nor forsake me, no matter how far I ran, there were times that I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t know what to do next. I began praying, although I loved my parents and would miss them I took a step on blind faith and moved back to Fayetteville where I had once lived. Here is where I found hope.

After being here for only a month and a half I could feel that this is where God wanted me to be. Not knowing how I was going to make it, determined not to give up, God began to open doors for me.

This is important because here is where God started opening doors. I went to a store and noticed a brochure sitting at the check out counter. It was a program to help pregnant women in need. (The Earn While You Learn #2 Program) God’s voice told me to pick it up, I took it home and laid it down. God’s voice began speaking to me again to call. I called and left a message. A lady called and invited me to the class.

Since being here this program has helped me in so many ways. I know that I’m not alone and God has me in His hands. All I have to do is trust Him. Life is hard but when you find people that love God and people, that makes things so much easier. Thanks for helping me to get through to the next day!

Sara G. - age 32  separated, first time mom

I would like to thank Ms. Pat and Ms. Lynda for the Earn While You Learn Program. This program meant a lot to me because I was able to learn prenatal care, the importance of education, choosing to go forward and making the right decisions for my baby. The decision to allow my cousin to raise my son was not easy for me, but I had to think about what would be in the best interest for me and my son. Now my plans are to finish school, to make positive decisions that will allow me to reach my goals and visions that I have set for myself. I thank God for this program and one day I will be able to share my testimony with other individuals that may find themselves in the same position that I was in.
